I had traveled to have my back surgery done by my surgeon Dr. Troy Mounts. Once arriving at hospital all were friendly to myself and husband. Once you get past the ER where i needed to check in for my emergency surgery.
All went well I met Dr. Artchi ( probably spelled wrong) he was great at explaining everything that will be done in the coming hours.
Made sure I was comfy. Got moved to a room and my husband was able to stay by my side while there for four days.
I was up and walking around a few hours after surgery. Pain was controlled and I was well taken care of by all staff on the floor.
I'm thankful of the knowledge of the staff i had for my surgery. -

10/3/19 it's been almost a year since I went to this ER and I've been just going around in circles! Charging me those amount that I didn't even did when I visited the ER!! I just want to question those and no one can help me! And all they do is pass me around!! To the point it took months already! I'm not gonna pay more amount that I'm just supposed to pay! the fact I already pay the physician separately!! I'm so pissed! Their all so rude too. Employees need to be trained..Sorry I'm going to mention names! The girl from Er admin (destiny) she passed me to billing department and the billing department passed me to Er admin named (Mariam). I just want to get this one done! And get over with
If I could give a zero star I would.. I was in the er on thanksgiving night I know it's thanksgiving.. but shit happened(had an involuntary muscle movement to the fact I can't control my arm and my face dropping)
Super RUDE stuff!!! Dragging me to the restroom to change, and when they put me in the bed i hear them laughing at me and saying: that'll be my patient for the night?? And laugh. If your going to be in a medical field be nice. I felt like I wasn't welcome at all!!! Now I'll be receiving tons of bills the fact that They only gave me a muscle relaxant!!
Please don't go here if you want a shitty service that will only make you feel more shitty! -

My husband had a very painful surgery done at this hospital, and the nurses had no idea how to care for him. He had a very large hemorrhoid at the size of a tennis ball removed. Not hard to imagine how painful that is. They forgot to inform him that he had a piece of haze stuck up there (even though they admitted to have noticed it) and he couldn't understand why he felt such pressure and was in so much pain. They just dozed him up with lots of dilaudid and no stool softener, which is imperative after that kind of surgery. You can't under no circumstances be constipated. He also needed wet Aps to clean himself with, for the two days he was in the hospital, but they didn't have any. I had to bring those in myself Wtf??? And on top of that, his night nurse left left his room, saying out loud, "omg! Don't go in there. What a stench" so humiliating.
They didn't keep track on his chart as they're supposed to do, and on top of it all, after surgery, they only Gave him a glass of water and pain meds. No food. six hours after surgery and 18 hours since his last meal, they finally brought a jello after I asked for one. It no spoon.
Worst hospital I've ever set my foot in. -

I'm very upset and hurt because many people come to the ER for help and sometimes are scared because their love ones are hurt. This is the Worse place ever. They will have you wait for hours. Staff is rude and don't have any empathy! ( especially front desk )I do not recommend this place at all its really bad maintained and it's very dirty. If I could I wouldn't give any stars!
